He has tried to verdict over 70 jury trials in state and federal courts. He has represented clients in administrative hearings before the Department of Professional Regulation and Attorney Disciplinary Commission. Mr. Konicek has been at the forefront of developments in legal malpractice, by lecturing, writing, and arguing appeals that have resulted in significant changes in the law.
